Alicia Rasche

Alicia started with Metro Volleyball Club in 2010. She is currently the JV coach at Reitz Memorial High School.  She has also coached the freshman team at FJ Reitz High School. She has coached various ages for St. John's the Baptist Catholic School for the past four years. She also brings over 20 years of playing experience which is a tribute to her love of the game.

Ashton Macaulay

Ashton has been with Metro Volleyball Club since 2009 and has coached, in some capacity, at every age group. He played throughout high school and continued at King's College in Halifax, Nova Scotia as a setter. Ashton has assisted in running clinics and camps for schools around the area. He is dedicated to helping players reach their potential through hard work, structure, and passion for the sport.

Natalie Macaulay

Natalie has been coaching at Boonville High School since 2017 as the Varsity Head Coach. She has been with Metro Volleyball Club since 2011 and has coached at the U14 and U17 levels. She also coached North Posey's 8th grade team for two years. Natalie played throughout high school, in an array of positions, and focused more as a defensive specialist while playing at Rend Lake and University of Missouri-Saint Louis (UMSL) in college. She is incredibly passionate about the sport and loves to pass on knowledge that she's gained through her years of playing.

Katie Johnson

Katie started with Metro Volleyball Club in 2016. She has also been the varsity head coach at Tecumseh High School for 12 years. She coaches because of her passion for the game and is excited to share that with her players.

Kris Schorr

Kristin is a graduate of Metro Volleyball Club where she played from U12 to U18. She played for Gannon University as an all-around outside hitter and has coached many camps. She loves coaching and passing on knowledge that was instilled in her from other coaches.

Andi Allford

Andi played at USI and has coached club at a variety of age levels starting in 2004. She was the head coach for 6 seasons at Mt Vernon HS starting in 2006 and currently the head coach for Memorial HS for her 4th season.  She has accumulated 5 Sectional titles and two Regional titles in her 10 year HS coaching career.  She is passionate about the game and how sports contribute to how to handle real life situations.

Sonny Nguyen

Sonny played club volleyball at University of Evansville in 1992-93. He has been training, coaching, and running volleyball leagues and clinics for over 20 years.

Sonny started Metro VBC in 2009 when he started at Metro Sports Center. He has coached various ages in travel volleyball. Sonny is the current Director of Metro VBC. He has helped, in some capacity, behind the scenes with every aspect of travel volleyball.

Bailey Eddmenson

Bailey has coached with Metro for the past 3 years. She was a graduate of Carmi White County High School and played at Carmi as a Setter/DS. She has been coaching at North High School since 2018. Bailey is very excited to continue her love for volleyball and continue coaching at Metro.

Ashley Kaczmarski

Ashley is currently the Head Varsity Volleyball Coach at North High School. She played volleyball at USI for 4 years and upon graduating in 2013, was the Varsity Coach at Mater Dei for 2 seasons. She is originally from Columbus, IN and played travel volleyball out of the Indianapolis area. Ashley is excited to bring her knowledge and experience to Metro and joint the Metro family!

Melissa Cummings

Melissa has been coaching volleyball since 2020 and has coached both U11 and U13 teams. Throughout school at North Posey and travel volleyball at Metro, she primarily played as a defensive specialist. Her goal is to always create a positive team culture while also developing players' volleyball IQ and skill sets. She has loved the game since she started playing, and now looks forward to continuing to grow as a coach each season.

Kenzie Goodge

Sammie Kihega

Sammie joined Metro in 2022. She has played volleyball at The Academy in 2014 and then at Team Indiana from 2015-18. Her primary position was middle but has played all the way around.

Lexi Gentry

Alexus started coaching club volleyball in 2018 and is the Junior Varsity Volleyball Coach at Castle High School where the varsity team competed in the 4A State Championship in 2021. She played volleyball at Castle High School and was a four year starter Indiana University East. In 2015 and 2016, Alexus was named First Team All-Conference and All-Metro Right Side Hitter. In 2016, she was named SIAC and All-Metro Player of the Year. Alexus coaches for the love of the game and to bring about the abilities of young girls that have the same passion.
